Dim sum is like the Chinese version of tapas. Many Chinese restaurants (with Chinese clientele) offer dim sum on the weekends during the brunch/lunch hours. Most of them carry the same staple dishes, with a few uniques ones per restaurant. The dishes consist of (usually three) food items ranging from dumplings to vegetables to seafood to chicken feet, and other items like congee and zongzi.
I can’t say that any of the dim sum restaurants in Central Florida are amazing, but they aren’t horrible either; they are pretty good until we get something better. With nothing better to choose from, I recommend the following: Lam’s Garden, Golden Lotus, Ming’s Bistro and Chan’s Chinese Cuisine.
