For International Week this year, my family and I hosted a soirée for my South East Asian students. Anyone was welcome, but the intention was to connect these young people to one another and strengthen relations between China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. I attended many of these soirées as an exchange student in Japan. And as an international exchange student alumnus, it is my duty and honor to foster this bonding.
We had lots of food (it helps that my in-laws are Chinese), mild discussion, and some software demos.
