I recently bought an original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) and hooked it up for my son and his friends to experience 80s gaming. I sold my original NES in the 90s but still had various cartridge games stashed away. He found them and wanted to play them as I did. Note this is an original 1980s NES with corded rectangular controllers and pin system; not the new rom-based Classic Edition NES that was sold a few years back. I am using some 1-Up Cards for cleaning the console and cartridges – necessary to get many of these old games working.
