Florida Springs

Posted on September 1, 2020July 18, 2021 by Joe Del Rocco

During the pandemic, we often enjoyed the natural springs of Central Florida (near Wekiwa State Park). It was refreshing and healthy to get outside. The water was teeming with life, an inspiration during such a depressing time… In these parts, the water temperature is roughly 72°F year round; so pretty chilly at first but you get used to it after 5 minutes or so. Because of the pandemic, it was much less crowded than usual (and social distancing was very possible). In fact, many days we were the only ones at the spring 🙂
